OECI is a market leader with respect to innovative communications services utilizing advanced Internet technologies. OECI is at the forefront of building the world's first Internet-based television network across the United States. OECI will be marketing a full suite of video content services over Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL) to subscribers' television sets. Video services will include television programming, video games, pay-per-view, video-on-demand, and peer-to-peer video-conferencing. Most important, our network subscribers will finally be given the choice to pick-and-pay for the channels they wish to view. The network will incorporate and be protected from competition by our licensing agreement for delivering broadcast quality video, data, and telephony services over OECI's IPTV network.

Upon the launch of these services in Q4, 2005, OECI will be one of the first providers of video services delivered directly to subscribers' television sets over DSL networks in the United States. Ultimately, services will be offered in cities across the United States and in major markets around the world.
