IPTV SERVICES

OECI expects to sell IPTV services across the United States on a mass market basis over a dedicated IPTV network, owned by PureNet. IPTV services include:

• Broadcast video services (domestic and international);
• Video-on-demand for movies and other stored content;
• Pay-per-View movies;
• Interactive on-line gaming;
• Video-conferencing;
• Interactive on-line gaming; and
• Network-centric Personal Video Recording (NPVR) services
